In this training, we will use the primary series asana as the back drop to develop your personal practice and teaching skills. The primary focus of our week together will be on developing skills needed to teach a traditional mysore class and, learning the application of safe, therapeutic & energetic adjustments in the mysore room. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to teach live in the mysore room as well as learn best practices for teaching beginners and how to accommodate individual differences while teaching traditionally. A highlight of this training will be an Ayurvedic cooking class providing us the opportunity to cook and eat together.
