Culinary & Wellness French Holiday

We are so in love with this undiscovered area of France,  we just can’t help but to go back again - our fourth visit.  Each time discovering new & wonderful things and getting more entrenched in the local culture.  

We invite you to join us October 19-25, as we spend a week at Domaine de Mournac, nestled in the beautiful medieval village of Antugnac - one hour south-west of Toulouse.


Our week will include daily yoga, meditation, hiking, hyper local cuisine, thermal baths, body work, wild swimming, gorges, castles, tasting local wines.

This retreat will be ‘a la carte’ which means that you may spend your days as you like, always in pure luxury and relaxation surrounded by the Pyrenees and beautiful French culture. 

Typical day 

Morning yoga & meditation, 10:30am brunch/ *free time and/or optional group excursions/ 7pm dinner (happy hour & dinner).  *outside of scheduled group activities, our afternoons are allotted for free time allowing you to explore the area and create your own adventure! 

Your week includes

6 nights accommodation, all rooms have private ensuite baths

daily yoga/pranayama/meditation classes 

two chef prepared meals + snacks daily featuring local produce & regional specialties w/ opportunities to assist the chef

local wines served w/dinner

hiking and daily excursions

local wine tasting   

Not included:  flights & transport to Antugnac, cost associated with daily excursions  

Cost per person

1800 /1600 euro, early booking rate euro (double). 1600/1400 euro, early booking rate (triple).  Up-scale glamping (king or two singles),  1200/1000 euros (2 spots available). 

30% deposit (non-refundable) upon booking/ early booking rate available until March 15/ full payment due July 1 - no refunds after this time/ 5 rooms available + two glamping tents). 

Getting there

Shortest route via east coast:  Fly direct to Toulouse via Montreal.  You may also fly to Paris taking a short flight to Toulouse or, Perpignan airports which are both near about 75 minutes driving. 

If you wish to have more flexibility for day excursions we recommend renting a car. Airport pick-up can be organized from Toulouse for those choosing not to rent a car.   

If coming solo, we will connect you with other guests for possible shared traveling.  For those who wish to extend their stay,  we recommend a short stay in Toulouse and/or exploring the Perpignon area known for its microclimate, warm sea and beautiful villages especially Coliere!
